Whether you wish to use this as part of your base program now, or add it later, the Midwest Learn to Maintain Program is a critical part of your new lifestyle.  You will learn new ways of eating, exercising and more, as you work to transition to a long term healthy weight and way of life!

 AfterCare Phase (scheduled after you have completed the Learn to Maintain phase)

This program is a complete long term commitment by Midwest to be your partner for a healthy future.  We will provide you with ongoing support, clinic access, access to all of our healthy products and services as either part of your original program, or you can purchase separately if you wish.
