Delicious, creamy chocolate mint powder shake can also be made as a pudding.   Each shake offers 20% USDA requirements for all vitamins and minerals, and is an excellent alternative to OPTIFAST.  These shakes are used by patients in our medically supervised weight management programs, and may be used with food as part of a healthy weight maintenance program. 
Each shake has 15 g. of protein, offering complete nutrition in 5 servings.  For a shake, add contents to 8 oz. cold water (or other non-caloric beverage).  Shake or stir well.  For a pudding, add 4 oz. cold water, and stir well.  Each box contains 7 servings.
