Robb: 50 lb. Weight Loss

I started the Fast Trak plan in November and lost 50 lbs in 6 months. Once you get started and commit to change it is quite easy. There are days when you feel like you can’t drink another shake but that’s o.k. I’ve learned through everyone at the office that tomorrow is another day and I can get right back onto the plan and still lose weight. After my initial weight loss the dietitian helped build a plan that included “real” food and taught me how to eat more sensibly while still keeping my goals in mind.
Coming from a family that counts heart disease and high blood pressure as major contributors to early death losing weight was also a necessity. My cholesterol and blood pressure have dropped, so much so that I have almost been able to stop prescription medication. My body fat percent and BMI have dropped as well. Just one look at those numbers and I am totally re-motivated.
I saw a friend from many years ago and they said I looked better than I did in high school-just wait until my next reunion.
