Midwest Weight Control and OPTIFAST® have changed my life.  OPTIFAST was the only choice for me for weight loss, because it was so easy to use.  I didn’t have to think about measuring or serving sizes. It’s always ready to go.  Even today, 2 years later, I continue to use some OPTIFAST as a regular part of my maintenance diet.  In addition to my diet changes, exercise is more a part of my daily life.  I have energy to play with my kids.  I’m able to buy cuter clothes and I can even wear smaller shoes!  My blood pressure went down, and so did my risk for diabetes and heart disease.
