Our Tune Up program is available to people who have done the Fast Trak weight loss program, but who have, over time, regained some weight. Our Tune Up program is structured like the Fast Trak Program, but at a reduced cost, to allow you to get back on track.  

The Tune Up program looks at why you are struggling to maintain a healthy weight and helps you develop a plan to address your challenges, lose the weight and get you back on track with a healthy lifestyle.

This weight loss program is an opportunity for you to take an in-depth look at your lifestyle and attitudes toward weight loss and maintenance. If there is an underlying reason you are having trouble committing to permanent changes in your life, this program will help you find it and eliminate it. It begins with an initial evaluation. Then, a weight loss and maintenance coach is assigned to you. Your personal coach will work with you to develop a plan to unearth and address your challenges, one step at a time.
