Silver Weight Management Program (Less than 25 pounds to lose)
The Silver Program is an excellent program for individuals who either need a tune up from prior weight loss success, or who wish to lose less than twenty-five pounds. This program consists of three stages including: Initial Assessments, Active Weight Loss and Maintenance. In this program, individuals will follow a customized dietary plan which utilizes a combination of delicious medically formulated meal replacement shakes, soups and snacks, and regular food at a low calorie level. This dietary plan will provide complete nutrition and moderate weight loss. Individuals can expect to lose 1–2 pounds a week on the Silver Program. Accountability and support from Registered Dietitians and Lifestyle Coaches are the cornerstones of the Silver Weight Management Program.*
