At Midwest Weight Control, we recognize that no two people are alike. What works for one person may not work for someone else. However, we know that the cornerstones of effective, long-term weight loss and weight management will always help our clients achieve their goals.
Weight Loss Cornerstones
- Maintain a healthy diet
- Change the behaviors that cause you to overeat or be inactive
- Participate in regular activity that you enjoy and can commit to
- Participate in a structured weight maintenance program for at least one year.

This program is designed for people who have less weight to lose or who want a more gradual weight loss rate. It is a less intense program than our Fast Trak program and requires you to take more responsibility for customizing your program and making lifestyle changes. Learn More »

Bariatric Surgery: Pre and Post-Op Programs
